JIMBEC Food Products Corp. works two crops and nothing else. Purple yam comes from the islands of Bohol; Cardava saba comes from Davao, the southernmost region of the Philippine archipelago. Both are bought from named growers, moved to the plant the day they are lifted, and processed under Halal certification.
What leaves the plant is an ingredient, not a finished dessert: powder, paste, purée, boiled fruit and frozen cuts, made for artisan bakers, ice cream and gelato makers, pastry kitchens, smoothie bars and milk tea operators who formulate their own recipes.
Single origin, traceable
Every lot carries the island or the co-operative it came from. Bohol yam and Davao saba are never blended with bought-in material to fill an order.
Dry and cold chain
Powders leave sealed against moisture; frozen and boiled lines move from the blast freezer to the van without leaving temperature. The log rides with the pallet.
Formulation support
